PAYMENT: Casa
del Cocinero accepts Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express. A credit card number with expiration date is required
at the time of making a reservation to guarantee the room(s).
Payment is made at time of check-in except for group reservations which
require a non-refundable deposit. You may choose to pay via personal check, cash, or credit
card. Holidays will
require full payment at time of reservation.
CANCELLATIONS
REGULAR RATES:We ask that you
please notify us in advance in the event of a cancellation. If a
cancellation occurs within 30 days prior to arrival, a $15.00 service
charge will be incurred and billed automatically to the credit card given
to hold the reservation. If a cancellation occurs within 15 days of
arrival, you will be subject for the full charges for the entire
reservation, unless we are able to rebook the room(s) less a 10%
cancellation fee. Holidays:
If a
cancellation occurs within 30 days prior to arrival, a 15% cancellation
fee is incurred. If a cancellation occurs within 15 days of
arrival, you will be subject to the full charges for the entire
reservation, unless we are able to rebook the room(s), less a 15%
cancellation fee.
CHECK-IN: Check-in is 3:00 PM
to 7:00 PM unless otherwise arranged at the time of the
reservation. Flexible check-in times are usually not a problem.
CHECK-OUT: Check out time is
12:00 PM.
BREAKFAST: 7:30 to 9:30
during ski season, and 8AM to 10AM the rest of the year. Breakfast
is elaborate; with fruits, juices, breads, cereals, egg
casseroles, scrambled eggs, meats, and pancakes or waffles or french
toast, and coffee, tea, and hot-chocolate. Complimentary pocket snacks for skiers, hikers, or shoppers are also made available.
